Plan Framework

As Envision Tomorrow transitions into Phase 3, the City is developing specific policies for the Comprehensive Plan based on community needs and our projected growth.

In Summer 2025, Envision Tomorrow will provide a web-based policy review tool on this site for people to share their thoughts about the goals and policies proposed for each chapter of the plan.

Once finalized, this online version of the plan will include the relevant goals, policies, and documents related to each chapter:
